Office Ergonimics with Rolf Movement® Embodiment
Posture is a habit on how we feel stable in a transforming world. Most of the times we don’t have awareness on standing, walking and how we use our body. Standing desks and ergonomic chairs are helping a lot but are external fixes to the problem of a moving organism.
In these office sessions participants will learn how to work cognitively on the connective tissue which is what holds us up right. Through slow movements we'll teach you how to sit, stretch, and allow fascia (the connective tissue) to come into full expression and align ourselves and create a better relation with the gravity field.
Through this embodiment, participants will learn how to alleviate pain, release tension, and resolve discomfort while restoring flexibility and revitalizing energy for comfortable daily living. Additionally, small tips will be provided to help individuals feel at ease in their bodies while working long hours in front of a laptop, revitalizing energy in the office and rejuvenate your mind and body for comfortable everyday living.
